Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories, cables, and documentation.
How to start a return
To begin a return, email cs@sjcomputersmn.com or call 952 452 8884 with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return authorization. Please do not ship items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 2 to 3 business days.
Restocking fee
A restocking fee may apply to items returned damaged, incomplete, misused, or outside the warranty or return period. Any applicable fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Return shipping
We provide a prepaid return shipping label for eligible returns. Once your return is approved, the label will be issued for easy shipment back to us. Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund if the return does not meet eligibility requirements or policy conditions.
Warranty & technical support
All eligible products are covered by a 90-day technical warranty against hardware defects. In addition, every purchase includes free lifetime technical support from our 24/7 active support team. If your item arrives damaged, dead on arrival, or develops a covered fault, contact us at cs@sjcomputersmn.com or 952 452 8884 and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the warranty terms.
