Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 24 working hours. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping methods & delivery times
We ship via UPS and FedEx. Estimated delivery is 3 to 4 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the method selected.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you have not received tracking within the expected window, contact cs@sjcomputersmn.com.
Damaged or lost shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at cs@sjcomputersmn.com with photos. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
