What does “renewed” or “refurbished” mean at S.J. Computers?
Renewed products are pre-owned or open-box devices that we have professionally inspected, cleaned, tested, and restored to full working condition. They deliver like-new performance at a significantly lower price than buying new.
Are your computers tested before they are sold?
Yes. Every unit goes through a multi-point inspection and a full functionality test before it is listed, and again before it ships. We only sell hardware we would be confident using ourselves.
Are your products new or used?
We offer both. New items are clearly labeled, and our renewed laptops, desktops, and all-in-one PCs are tested and graded so you know exactly what you are getting.

Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. Eligible products are backed by a 90-day technical warranty covering hardware defects, so you can buy with confidence.
